The Yaxell RAN chef's knife features a finely drawn damask design of the blade made from 34 layers of stainless carbon steel, which are forged onto the stainless core layer made of VG 10 steel on each side of the blade, resulting in a damask look with a total of 69 layers.

The handle end is capped with a stainless steel cap, providing additional stability. The handle is made of robust linen micarta in a wood look. The blades are fixed and secured in the handle with 2 stainless rivets.

Beim Yaxell RAN Chefmesser ergibt sich das fein gezeichnete Damaszenerdesign der Klinge aus 34 Lagen rostfreiem Carbonstahl, die pro Klingenseite auf die rostfreie Kernlage aus VG 10 Stahl aufgeschmiedet werden, dabei entsteht eine Damaszener-Optik mit insgesamt 69 Lagen.

Den Griffabschluss bildet eine Kappe aus rostfreiem Stahl, die zusätzliche Stabilität verleiht. Für den Griff findet robustes Leinenmicarta in Holzoptik Verwendung. Die Klingen werden mit 2 rostfreien Nieten im Griff fixiert und gesichert.
