Swarovski AFL anti-fog lens prevents fogging of the eyepiece lens on the riflescope. This allows the AFL to react quickly in fog, moisture, and cold – a decisive advantage especially during driven hunts. The anti-fog lens is characterized by simple and straightforward installation and operation. On the housing made of anodized aluminum, there is only an on/off button and an LED display that shows the battery charge level. The AFL is easily mounted via a clamping mechanism directly on the eyepiece. Right-handed shooters mount the electronic unit on the left side of the eyepiece, while left-handed shooters mount it on the right side. With the AFL mounted, the eye relief is reduced by about 1 cm depending on the position of the diopter adjustment ring. The Li-Ion battery must be removed from the device for charging. Damit ermöglicht die AFL bei Nebel, Nässe und Kälte ein schnelles Reagieren – ein entscheidender Vorteil vor allem bei der Drückjagd. Die Antibeschlag-Linse zeichnet sich durch eine einfache und unkomplizierte Montage und Bedienung aus. Am Gehäuse aus eloxiertem Aluminium gibt es lediglich einen Ein/AusKnopf und eine LED Anzeige, die den Ladestand des Akkus anzeigt. Montiert wird die AFL ganz einfach über einen Klemmmechanismus direkt am Okular. Der Rechts-Schütze montiert die Elektronik-Einheit linksseitig des Okulars, der Links-Schütze montiert sie rechtsseitig.
