Durch die kleine Bauform von nur 4x6x21 mm hat dieses Mosfet natürlich nicht diverse Spielereien und Einstellungen seiner großen Brüder an Bord, allerdings kann es alles, was wirklich nötig ist. Die grundsätzliche Funktion des Mosfets ist, die mögliche Feuerrate einer Airsoft zu erhöhen und das Ansprechverhalten zu verbessern. Zusätzlich wird die Haltbarkeit der Airsoft verbessert, da der mechanische Schalter am Trigger nun nicht mehr die hohen Ströme beim Schießen ab bekommt.
