Knife sharpener from Walther with 2 different sharpening angles, 17° for kitchen knives and 25° for hunting and outdoor knives. With 2 different grinding inserts: The carbide inserts in the dark, coarse V-cut provide the basic sharpening. With the ceramic inserts in the fine white V-cut, the edge is given a fine honing and its original sharpness is restored. Hold the knife sharpener with the left hand on the ribbed surface and press it onto a non-slip surface. After just three to four strokes (without applying force) through the knife sharpener, the blade will be ready for use again. Not suitable for serrated, chipped, or damaged blades!

feinen weißen V-Einschnitt versieht man die Schneide mit dem Feinabzug und gibt ihr ihre ursprüngliche Schärfe zurück. Den Messerschärfer mit der
linken Hand an der geriffelten Fläche halten und auf einen rutschfesten Untergrund pressen. Nach nur drei bis vier Zügen (ohne Kraftaufwand) durch
den Messerschärfer, wird die Klinge wieder einsatzfähig.
Nicht geeignet für Wellenschliff, schartige oder beschädigte Klingen!
