The Elite Force knife sharpener is affordable and compact. With two different sharpening degrees, it can both sharpen and polish knives. The ceramic inserts in the dark, coarse V-slot provide the basic sharpening. The carbide rods in the fine, white V-slot polish the blade and restore its original fine shine. The operation is very simple: Hold the knife sharpener with the left hand on the non-slip surfaces and press it against a non-slip surface. After just 3 - 4 strokes without applying force, the blade is ready for use. The sharpener is not suitable for serrated edges, jagged, and damaged blades. (Show description in original language)

Die Bedienung ist sehr einfach: Den MesserschĂ¤rfer mit der linken Hand an den NoppenflĂ¤chen halten
und auf einen rutschfesten Untergrund pressen. Nach nur 3 - 4 ZĂĽgen ohne
Kraftaufwand wird die Klinge wieder einsatzfĂ¤hig.
FĂĽr Wellenschliffe, schartige und beschĂ¤digte Klingen ist der MesserschĂ¤rfer nicht geeignet.
