The blade is forged from 9260 spring steel with differential hardening. A hollow groove (Bo-Hi) is worked into the blade, which reduces the sword's weight and produces a clearly audible sound when swung.

The hardening line on the blade is not worked out because the sword is designed for cutting exercises, allowing training marks to be better repaired.
The guard (Tsuba) is made of iron and very sturdy.

Der Griff (Tsuka) ist für diese Preisklasse extrem gut an die Klingenangel angepasst und für eine authentische Optik wird ein Mekugi verwendet. In der blauen Griffwicklung wurde Hishigami Papier verarbeitet, das sie sehr robust macht und vorrangig bei höherwertigen Schwertern zum Einsatz kommt.
Die Same Einlagen sind echt.
Die Klinge ist aus 9260 Federstahl geschmiedet mit Differentialhärtung. Es ist eine Hohlkehle (Bo-Hi) in die Klinge eingearbeitete, wodurch das Schwert gewichtsreduziert ist und beim Schwingen ein deutlich hörbares Geräusch liefert.
In die Klinge ist optisch eine Yokote eingearbeitet.
Die Härtelinie an der Klinge ist nicht herausgearbeitet, weil das Schwert auf Schnittübungen ausgelegt ist und so Spuren des Trainings besser behoben werden können.
Das Stichblatt (Tsuba) ist aus Eisen gefertigt und sehr stabil.
