The handle (Tsuka) is extremely well fitted to the tang for this price range and an authentic look is achieved using a Mekugi. The blue handle wrapping contains Hishigami paper, making it very durable and primarily used in higher-quality swords.
The Same inlays are genuine.
The blade is forged from 9260 spring steel with differential hardening. A hollow groove (Bo-Hi) is worked into the blade, reducing the sword's weight and producing a clearly audible sound when swung.
A Yokote is visually worked into the blade.
The hardening line on the blade is not emphasized because the sword is designed for cutting exercises, allowing training marks to be more easily repaired.
The guard (Tsuba) is made of iron and very sturdy.
The blue sword scabbard is made of wood and reinforced with horn elements. It features an Ishime lacquer finish with a drop pattern and black design. With a blue cord (Sageo) in Shigeuchi style. The knob (Kurigata) is positioned so the sword can be optimally worn on the Obi, for example for Iaido.

Die Härtelinie an der Klinge ist nicht herausgearbeitet, weil das Schwert auf Schnittübungen ausgelegt ist und so Spuren des Trainings besser behoben werden können.
Das Stichblatt (Tsuba) ist aus Eisen gefertigt und sehr stabil.
Die blaue Schwertscheide besteht aus Holz und ist mit Elementen aus Horn verstärkt. Sie ist mit einer Ishime Lackierung in Tropfenoptik mit schwarzem Muster versehen. Mit blauem Band (Sageo) im Shigeuchi Stil. Der Knauf (Kurigata) ist so positioniert, dass das Schwert optimal am Obi getragen werden kann, zum Beispiel für Iaido.
