The ZSH-1-2M is a modern ballistic helmet with a protective visor from Classcom.
The helmet shell is made of aramid fiber fabric (GOST2) with a protective visor made of a polycarbonate-glass combination (GOST1).
Due to its age, I cannot guarantee the protective function.
It is therefore primarily sold as a collector's item.
The approximately 3.7kg helmet was specially designed for special units of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs and is a direct successor to the MASKA-1 SCH.
About the helmet shell:
It is fully intact. As can be seen in the photos, there are some scratches on the surface in places.
The original helmet lining is in great condition with hardly any signs of wear.
The ZSH can also be easily adjusted to different head sizes.
With a head circumference of 59cm, it fits me perfectly.
About the visor:
The visor has some scratches and therefore a slightly cloudy view.
There is also a vertical crack on the right side of the glass.
However, it does not seem to be completely broken through and still holds together without needing any repairs.
Comparing the visor mechanism with photos from the internet, it seems that an eyelet-shaped component is missing on both threaded mounts at the pivot point.
This causes a bit too much play, resulting in it slightly bouncing up and down when locked in place during movement.
The ZSH is sold as pictured. Additional accessories for the helmet are included.

Die Helmschale besteht aus Aramidfasergewebe (GOST2) mit Schutzvisier aus einer Polycarbonat-Glas-Kombination (GOST1).
Auf die Schutzfunktion kann ich aufgrund des Alters natürlich keinerlei Garantie geben.
Er wird daher primär als Sammlerstück verkauft.
Der etwa 3,7kg schwere Helm wurde speziell für Spezialeinheiten des russischen Innenministeriums entworfen und ist ein direkter Nachfolger der MASKA-1 SCH.
Zur Helmschale:
Diese ist voll intakt. Wie auf den Fotos zu erkennen ist, sind an der Oberfläche stellenweise Schrammen zu finden.
Das originale Helmfutter ist super in Schuss hier gibt es kaum Verschleißspuren.
Der ZSH lässt sich zudem leicht an verschiedene Kopfgrößen anpassen.
Bei einem Kopfumfang von 59cm passt er mir perfekt.
Zum Visier:
Das Visier hat einiger Kratzer und daher eine leicht trübe Durchsicht.
Zudem gibt es auf der rechten Seite des Glases einen vertikalen Sprung.
Es scheint aber nicht vollständig durchgebrochen und hält weiterhin zusammen, ohne das hier Hand angelegt werden muss.
Vergleiche ich die Visiermechanik mit Fotos aus dem Internet, scheint auf beiden Gewindeaufnahmen am Drehpunkt ein ösenförmiges Bauteil zu fehlen.
Dadurch hat das Visier etwas zu viel Spiel, was zufolge hat, dass es eingerastet bei Bewegung leicht auf und ab hüpfen kann.
Der ZSH wird verkauft wie abgebildet. Weiteres Zubehör zum Helm liegt bei.
