For sale is a Mauser 98 bolt-action rifle in the high-velocity long-range caliber 220 Swift. The weapon has the following specifications:
- Barrel length 66 cm
- Timney shotgun trigger with excellent characteristics
- Marksman safety for low mounting of the scope. All three typical Mauser positions thus available
- Cerakote finish in Midnight Bronze, baked in the oven, therefore extremely durable
- Heavy match barrel
- Steel Picatinny rail for easy and universal scope mounting
- Bolt handle equipped with M6 thread and ergonomic knob mounted
- Stock refurbished and treated with special 2K wood oil in Midnight Black. The wood shimmers in the light with a rich dark brown hue
The barrel is without defects and has not been shot out. The final image is highly precise with the corresponding projectiles. With the 40 Grain Hornady Vmax projectiles, it reaches a measured 1367 m/s at the muzzle.
Over 100 cases from Remington are available for the weapon, which have been loaded once so far. Both the cases and the die are included.
The depicted Meopta Meohunter R5 in 5-25x56 FFP is not part of the offer but can be purchased along with the matching EAW rings for an additional charge.

(Show description in original language)Zum Verkauf kommt eine Mauser 98 Repetierbüchse im hochrasanten Weitschusskaliber 220 Swift. Die Waffe verfügt über folgende Eckdaten:
- Lauflänge 66 cm
- Timney Flintenabzug mit hervorragender Charakteristik
- Scharfschützensicherung zur niedrigen Montage des ZF. Alle drei mausertypischen Stellungen somit verfügbar
- Cerakotebeschichtung in Midnight Bronze, im Ofen eingebrannt, daher extrem widerstandsfähig
- Schwerer Matchlauf
- Picatinnyschiene aus Stahl für die einfache und universelle ZF Montage
- Kammerstengel mit M6 Gewinde versehen und griffiger Knauf montiert
- Schaft überarbeitet und mit speziellem 2K Holzöl in Midnight Black eingelassen. Das Holz schimmert im Licht mit einem satten dunklen braun hindurch
Der Lauf ist ohne Mängel und nicht ausgeschossen. Das Schlussbild ist mit entsprechenden Geschossen hochpräzise. Mit den 40 Grain Hornady Vmax Geschossen kommt sie auf gemessene 1367 m/s an der Mündung.
Zur Waffe sind über 100 Hülsen von Remington vorhanden, welche bisher einmal geladen wurden. Sowohl die Hülsen als auch die Matrize gebe ich mit dazu.
Das abgebildete Meopta Meohunter R5 in 5-25x56 FFP ist nicht Bestandteil des Angebots, kann aber gerne samt den passendem EAW Ringen gegen Aufpreis dazu erworben werden.
