I am selling a black PK380 from Walther in caliber 9 mm P.A.K and with the PTB 921. The pistol is in very good condition (please refer to the pictures).

Included in the delivery:

- Cleaning brush

This is an 8-shot pistol with a steel slide in caliber 9mm P.A.K from Walther with the PTB 921 and is suitable for all 9mm PAK blank cartridges, CS gas, or pepper cartridges.

The pistol is in very good condition (see pictures). It has only 1 scratch on the front left of the barrel. I have never fired it.

Since the new EU directive provides for 1 year warranty even for private sales - unless the seller excludes it - I declare that I do not assume any warranty in the sense of the EU directive for my privately sold items. By purchasing the goods, you expressly agree to waive any guarantee/warranty. There is no right of withdrawal or return for the used items sold by me (Par.312d Abs.4 Nr5 BGB)

Ich verkaufe eine schwarze PK380 von Walther im Kaliber 9 mm P.A.K und der PTB 921. Die Pistole ist in einem sehr guten Zustand (bitte den Bildern entnehmen).

Es handelt sich um eine 8-schüssige Pistole mit Stahlvetschluss im Kaliber 9mm P.A.K von Walther mit der PTB 921 und eignet sich für alle 9mm PAK Knallpatronen, CS-Gas oder Pfefferpatronen.

Die Pistole ist in einem sehr guten Zustand (siehe Bilder). Sie hat lediglich 1 Macke vorne links am Lauf. Geschossen habe ich sie nie.

Da die neue EU Richtlinie 1 Jahr Gewährleistung auch für Privatverkäufe vorsieht - soweit der Verkäufer es nicht ausschließt- erkläre ich, dass ich für meine privat verkauften Artikel keine Gewährleistung im Sinne der EU Richtlinie übernehme.
