I am selling a black P320 from SigSauer in caliber 9 mm P.A.K and with the PTB 1038. The pistol is in like-new condition (please refer to the pictures).

Included in the delivery:

This is a 10-shot pistol in caliber 9mm P.A.K from SigSauer with the PTB 1038 and is suitable for all 9mm PAK blank cartridges, CS gas, or pepper cartridges.

The pistol is in very good condition (see pictures). It has no major scratches or dents and looks brand new. I have never fired it.

Since the new EU directive provides for a 1-year warranty even for private sales - unless the seller excludes it - I declare that I do not assume any warranty for my privately sold items in the sense of the EU directive. By purchasing the goods, you expressly agree to waive any warranty/guarantee. There is no right of withdrawal or return for the used items I sell (Par.312d Abs.4 Nr5 BGB)

Ich verkaufe eine schwarze P320 von SigSauer im Kaliber 9 mm P.A.K und der PTB 1038. Die Pistole ist in einem neuwertige Zustand (bitte den Bildern entnehmen).

Es handelt sich um eine 10-schüssige Pistole im Kaliber 9mm P.A.K von SigSauer mit der PTB 1038 und eignet sich für alle 9mm PAK Knallpatronen, CS-Gas oder Pfefferpatronen.

Die Pistole ist in einem sehr guten Zustand (siehe Bilder). Sie hat keinerlei größere Kratzer oder Macken und sieht nagelneu aus. Geschossen habe ich sie nie.

Da die neue EU Richtlinie 1 Jahr Gewährleistung auch für Privatverkäufe vorsieht - soweit der Verkäufer es nicht ausschließt- erkläre ich, dass ich für meine privat verkauften Artikel keine Gewährleistung im Sinne der EU Richtlinie übernehme.
