Oriental decorative saber approx. 72 cm – Arabic scimitar / shamshir, cast metal, with decorative stones, blunt – wall decoration / souvenir
For sale is an oriental decorative saber in the style of an Arabic scimitar/shamshir, suitable exclusively as wall and collector's decoration. The blade is made of solid cast metal with a strongly curved shape and rich, ornamental relief decoration on both sides.
The saber measures approximately 72 cm in total (see measuring tape in the photos) and is completely blunt; the edge is dull and not intended for use as a weapon. The handle is also made of metal, featuring floral ornaments, red and green glass stones, as well as a central green medallion with a golden figure (dancing figure) on both sides.
This is a decorative souvenir/wall hanging piece in the "Orient/Arabian Nights" style, similar to what can be found as an Arabic decorative sword or gift item. Age and origin are unknown; presumably a later 20th-century production, cast alloy (not stainless steel, not silver).
Condition: used decorative condition with minor scratches, discolorations, and casting irregularities; some areas show slight tarnish/patina that emphasize the vintage character (please refer to all detail photos). No functional limitations as a decorative piece.

Zum Verkauf steht ein orientalischer Deko‑Säbel im Stil eines arabischen Scimitars/Shamshirs, geeignet ausschließlich als Wand‑ und Sammlerdekoration. Die Klinge besteht aus massivem Gussmetall mit stark geschwungener Form und reichem, ornamentalem Reliefdekor auf beiden Seiten.
Der Säbel misst insgesamt ca. 72 cm (siehe Zollstock auf den Fotos) und ist komplett unscharf; die Kante ist stumpf und nicht zum Gebrauch als Waffe gedacht. Der Griff ist ebenfalls aus Metall gefertigt, mit floralen Ornamenten, rot‑ und grünfarbenen Glassteinen sowie einem zentralen, grünen Medaillon mit goldfarbener Figur (tanzende Gestalt) auf beiden Seiten.
Es handelt sich um ein dekoratives Souvenir‑/Wandhänger‑Stück im „Orient‑/Arabian Nights“-Stil, wie man es vergleichbar auch als arabisches Zierschwert oder Geschenkartikel findet. Alter und Herkunft sind unbekannt; vermutlich spätere 20. Jh.-Produktion, Gusslegierung (kein Edelstahl, kein Silber).
Zustand: gebrauchter, dekorativer Zustand mit kleineren Kratzern, Verfärbungen und Gussunregelmäßigkeiten; stellenweise etwas Anlaufspuren/Patina, die den Vintage‑Charakter unterstreichen (bitte alle Detailfotos beachten). Keine Funktionseinschränkung als Dekostück.
