The COMTAC III is for sale with a TAC-Sky helmet rail adapter and connection to Midland. It works perfectly as the active hearing protection was purchased and has not been used even once. This is therefore a new item. I had purchased this as a set through nb tactical. Since it is a private sale, there is no warranty or return.
