I can't make sense of it directly.
The processing and material (beech) look relatively Romanian to me. However, the external dimensions are more similar to an AK47 / Type 56 handguard (see pictures for comparison).
The color can simply be described as orange. For color comparison, feel free to check the pictures in the Type 56 stock set listing, it is included in some of the photos there.
Maybe someone is looking for exactly this component in this color.

Verarbeitung und Material (Buche) sehen mir relativ rumänisch aus. Außenmaße gleichen aber eher einem AK47 / Type 56 Handschutz (siehe Bilder zum Vergleich).
Die Farbe kann man schlichtweg als Orange bezeichnen. Zum Farbvergleich schauen Sie sich gerne mal die Bilder im Type 56 Schaftset Inserat an, er ist dort mit auf ein paar der Fotos.
Vielleicht sucht ja jemand noch genau dieses Bauteil in dieser Farbe.
