The fully functional air pistol comes from my parents' house, please also note the very low serial number (000284), meaning it was sold long before 1970. A truly authentic piece of history and worthy of collection.
The condition is to be described as very good due to age, of course, there are minor signs of use, patina, and also slight surface rust. Included is the original packaging, and what a surprise, the foam inside is intact (I now advise against storing it in the packaging unit, as the foam regularly disintegrates and makes the weapon unsightly, potentially leading to total damage).
As this is a private sale, I exclude any warranty and returns. This exclusion does not apply to claims for damages in cases of gross negligence or intentional violation of my obligations as well as for injuries to life, body, and health.
Delivery within Germany only after receipt of the full purchase price and a photo of the ID for age verification.

Die voll funktionsfähige Luftpistole stammt noch aus meinem Elternhaus, bitte beachten Sie auch die sehr niedrige Seriennummer (000284), also lange vor 1970 verkauft worden. Ein wirklich authentisches Stück Zeitgeschichte und sammelwürdig.
Der Zustand ist altersbedingt als sehr gut zu bezeichnen, natürlich gibt es geringe Gebrauchsspuren, Patina und auch leichten Flugrost. Mit dabei ist die originale Verpackung, und welch ein Wunder, der darin befindliche Schaumstoff ist intakt (mittlerweile rate ich von einer Lagerung in der Verpackungseinheit ab, da sich der Schaumstoff regelmäßig in Wohlgefallen auflöst und die Waffe darin unansehnlich werden lässt, bis hin zum Totalschaden.).
Da es sich um einen Privatverkauf handelt, schließe ich jegliche Gewährleistung und Rücknahme aus. Der Ausschluss gilt nicht für Schadenersatzansprüche bei grob fahrlässiger oder vorsätzlicher Verletzung von Pflichten meinerseits sowie für Verletzungen von Leben, Körper und Gesundheit.
