WBP "Jack Holz" - 5.45x39
The WBP "Jack Holz" - 5.45x39 is a semi-automatic rifle in the Russian caliber 5.45x39 for the M74 cartridge. The weapon is manufactured by Wytwornia Broni Jacek Popinski (WBP) in Rogów/Poland. It is delivered traditionally with laminated wood stock, and the weapons are produced using sheet metal stamping technology based on the AKM model. As standard, the weapon is equipped in Germany with a 10-round polymer magazine. On the left side, there is a mount for the typical AK side rail to use corresponding optics.
Despite the caliber 5.45x39, the weapon is not an AK74 clone, but an AKM in caliber 5.45x39. All standard AK74 magazines from the former Eastern Bloc fit into the weapon. The weapon is suitable for modification to resemble the AK74 externally. The muzzle brake is an extended "Birdcage" and can be unscrewed; the stock, handguard, and pistol grip can be replaced with other AK-compatible components (Images 1 and 2 are manufacturer images, this is how the weapon is delivered). We have replaced the original pistol grip for illustration (15 Euro surcharge, Images 3, 4, 5).
The polymer magazine from AC Unity allows the bolt to remain in the rear, open position after the last round (Bolt-Hold-Open), a safety plus at the shooting range. Standard AK74 magazines also fit.
The WBP "Jack Holz" - 5.45x39 is not approved for sport shooting!

Die WBP "Jack Holz" - 5.45x39 ist eine halbautomatische Büchse im russischen Kaliber 5.45x39 für die Patrone M74. Die Waffe wird von der Firma Wytwornia Broni Jacek Popinski (WBP) in Rogów/Polen gefertigt. Die Auslieferung erfolgt klassisch mit Schichtholz-Schäftung und die Waffen werden in Blechprägetechnik nach dem Muster der AKM produziert. Standardmäßig wird die Waffe in Deutschland mit einem 10-Schuss-Polymer-Magazin versehen. Auf der linken Seite befindet sich die Aufnahme für die typische AK-Seitenmontageschiene um entsprechende Optiken zu verwenden.
Trotz des Kalibers 5.45x39 ist die Waffe kein AK74 Klon, sondern eine AKM im Kaliber 5.45x39. Alle Standard AK74 Magazine des ehemaligen Ostblocks passen in die Waffe. Die Waffe eignet sich zum Umbau, um sie der AK74 äußerlich nachzuempfinden. Der Mündungsfeuerdämpfer ist ein verlängerter "Birdcage" und läßt sich abschrauben, die Schäftung, Handschutz und Pistolengriff gegen andere AK kompatible Anbauteile austauschen (Bild 1 und 2 sind Bilder des Herstellers, so wird die Waffe ausgeliefert) Wir haben den originalen Pistolengriff zur Veranschaulichung ausgetauscht (15 Euro Aufpreis, Bilder 3,4,5).
Das Polymermagazin von AC Unity läßt den Verschluß nach der letzten Patrone im hinteren, geöffneten Zustand (Bolt-Hold-Open), ein Sicherheits-Plus auf dem Schießstand. Standard AK74-Magazine passen ebenfalls.
Die WBP "Jack Holz" - 5.45x39 ist nicht für das sportliche Schießen zugelassen!
