The new ST18 has been designed as a compact tactical repeater. The locking is done via three locking lugs. The housing is made of 55 aluminum, as is the trigger guard. The fully adjustable buttstock is made of a special high-strength plastic that has been enriched with metallic powder for additional stability. Die neue ST18 wurde als kompakter taktischer Repetierer konstruiert. Die Verriegelung erfolgt über drei Verriegelungswarzen. Das Gehäuse ist aus 55er-Aluminium, ebenso wie der Abzugsbügel. Der voll verstellbare Hinterschaft ist aus speziellem hochfesten Kunststoff welcher zwecks zusätzlicher Stabilität noch mit metallischem Pulver angereichert wurde. Der Handschutz aus Aluminium besitzt Key-Mod Schlitze zwecks vielfältiger Montagemöglichkeit. Die Verriegelung erfolgt über drei massive Verschlusswarzen direkt in der Kammer (siehe Bilder).
