Ruth is a certified expert in game meat hygiene and meat aging and will provide us with valuable tips in her typically entertaining manner on how we can optimize, butcher, and process our valuable game meat before and after the shot, as well as what equipment we need for it. A summer recipe and seminar materials are included in the course fee of €15.
