For the purchase of handguns or for the purchase of long guns through a WBK with an approved pre-entry, we always need the WBK in original form, as we as the transferor must enter the model and serial number.
For the purchase of long guns by hunters, we require the hunting license or a certified copy! It is also possible to send us a scan via email, but only in connection with the phone extension and the name of the responsible contact person at your issuing authority.
Please note that we only ship with certified shipping companies that guarantee personal delivery. It is necessary that you can identify yourself personally to the courier. Delivery usually takes place on weekdays between 8 AM and 4 PM; by arrangement, a different delivery address can also be specified. Appointment deliveries are also possible, but at a cost.
Acquisition and shipping of firearms to EU countries
Sales to EU countries are possible; however, we require a so-called transfer permit from the recipient country.
To check the transport costs, we need your complete address; without this, we cannot determine the shipping costs.
If you wish to purchase a firearm from an EU country, you will receive an order confirmation from us via email in the form of a so-called customer order, which includes the firearm number and bank details or the international account details. The customer order will also specify the actual transport costs incurred. These must be paid in advance along with the firearm price. You will receive this as a PDF file; please also check your spam folder.
With the incoming payment of the purchase price, the goods are firmly reserved for you. If no payment is received within 10 working days, the firearm may be released for sale again. You will then have no claim to fulfill your order.
Once you have received the EU transfer permit from your responsible regulatory authority, please send it to us in original form; you will receive it back with the ordered firearm. We will then apply for the German export permit. Depending on the workload at the authority, this can usually take 8-10 days, in individual cases even 2-3 weeks.
After that, the firearm will be shipped as soon as possible.
In general, we always require a phone number for international shipping, preferably a mobile or landline number where you can be reached at any time for inquiries.

Bei Erwerb von Langwaffen durch Jäger benötigen wir den Jagdschein oder eine beglaubigte Kopie! Hierbei ist es auch möglich uns einen Scan per E-Mail zu senden aber nur in Verbindung mit Telefondurchwahl und Namen des zuständigen Sachbearbeiters Ihrer ausstellenden Behörde.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass wir nur mit zertifizierten Versandunternehmen versenden, die eine persönliche Zustellung garantieren. Hierzu ist es nötig, dass Sie sich persönlich gegenüber dem Boten ausweisen können bzw. müssen. Die Zustellung erfolgt in der Regel werktags in der Zeit zwischen 8 Uhr bis 16 Uhr, nach Absprache kann auch eine abweichende Lieferadresse angegeben werden.
