The Heckler & Koch SP5K is the civilian version of the short version MP5K of the legendary MP5. This model is a handgun, even if a fixed stock were installed, because barrel and bolt together are under 30cm long. Compact and manageable, it offers the shooter a precise, if somewhat unwieldy, pistol. Technically, the weapon corresponds 1 to 1 to the normal SP5, except for the lighter bolt. It is therefore equipped with a roller-delayed blowback, can accept standard MP5 magazines (observe legal regulations) and optic mounts, and has the same takedown pins with loops for a sling. For the hunter, this configured weapon offers an interesting solution for the dispatch shot on wounded or injured game. The classic and reliable technology of the SP5 can be enhanced by the quite extensive accessory market, also for the K variant.

General information about the base model:
It should be noted that stock and handguard are not compatible with the normal MP5 / SP5 and require special accessories. The optic mounts fit without problems. Contrary to the original designation of the MP5k family, this SP5K "PDW" has no folding stock from the factory, whereas the normal SP5K can also have the folding stock of the MP5K PDW. Due to the grip frame and the muzzle with tri-lug mount, this weapon corresponds most closely to the MP5NK – the "Navy" variant. But who cares about such details, it’s simply an iconic weapon.
Available to holders of a valid annual hunting license, with pre-registration in the green WBK (semi-automatic pistol, caliber 9 mm Luger). Not approved for sport shooting.
Please note:
Due to the handguard, no B&T SQD suppressors or blast deflectors can be installed! The classic B&T QD mount or mounting directly via the muzzle thread works without problems.

Die Heckler & Koch SP5K ist die Zivilversion der Kurzversion MP5K der legendären MP5. Es handelt sich bei diesem Modell um eine Kurzwaffe, selbst dann wenn ein starrer Schaft verbaut wäre, denn Lauf und Verschluss sind zusammen unter 30cm lang. Kompakt und führig, bietet sie sich dem Schützen als eine präzise, wenn auch etwas unhandliche Pistole. Technisch entspricht die Waffe, abgesehen vom leichteren Verschluss, 1 zu 1 der normalen SP5. Sie ist also mit einem Rollenverschluss ausgestattet, kann die Standard MP5 Magazine (Gesetzeslage beachten) und Optikmontagen aufnehmen und verfügt über die gleichen Zerlegepins mit Öse für einen Tragegurt. Für den Jäger bietet die derart konfigurierte Waffe eine interessante Lösung für den Fangschuss auf wundes oder verunfalltes Wild. Die klassische und zuverlässige Technik der SP5 kann aufgewertet werden durch den, auch für die K-Variante, recht umfangreichen Zubehörmarkt.

Allgemeine Informationen zum Basismodell:
Es ist zu beachten, dass Schaft und Handschutz nicht kompatibel mit der normalen MP5 / SP5 sind und spezielles Zubehör erfordern. Die Optikmontagen passen dagegen problemlos. Abweichend von der ursprünglichen Bezeichnung der MP5k-Familie hat diese SP5K "PDW" ab Werk keinen Klappschaft, während die normale SP5K auch den Klappschaft der MP5K PDW aufweisen kann. Aufgrund des Griffstücks und der Mündung mit Dreiwarzenaufnahme entspricht diese Waffe am ehesten der MP5NK - also der "Navy"-Variante. Aber wer achtet schon auf soche Kleinigkeiten, es ist einfach eine ikonische Waffe.
Erwerbbar als Inhaber eines gültigen Jahresjagdscheins, mit Voreintrag in grüner WBK (halbautomatische Pistole, Kaliber 9 mm Luger). Sportlich nicht zugelassen.
