In this case, this mount is perfectly suited for Picatinny rails. For example, a DOCTER SIGHT, NOBLEX Sight, Aimpoint, MAKdot, AIMPOINT, etc. can be used without having to disassemble the mounted scope. Now, one could certainly argue that this is only for tactical users! Yes, one could argue that. Die 45°-Offset-Montage von ERATAC ist ideal, wenn man auf seiner AR15 oder AR10 bereits ein Zielfernrohr montiert hat, und dennoch eine Zielerfassung OHNE Vergrößerungsfaktor haben möchte. In diesem Fall, bietet sich diese Montage für Picatinny-Schienen perfekt an. So kann z. B. ein DOCTER SIGHT, NOBLEX Sight, Aimpoint, MAKdot, AIMPOINT, etc. - zum Einsatz gebracht werden, ohne das verbaute Zielfernrohr zu demontieren. Jetzt kann man natürlich behaupten, dass das nur was für taktische Anwender ist! Ja, könnte man behaupten. Aber egal ob man es jagdlich nutzt oder sportlich verwendet, eine Langwaffe mit Zielfernrohr die man für mittlere und lange Distanzen verwendet, kann man so auch für kurze Schussentfernungen und mit schnellen Schußfolgen ideal ins Ziel bringen.
