This buffer/spring unit from JP Enterprises ensures a smoother and more pleasant shooting behavior of your AR15 by eliminating the scratching of the spring in the buffer tube. The buffer elements are centered and polished to ensure smooth operation. The spring and buffer form a unit, which also makes disassembly of the weapon easier - no buffer retainer pin is needed anymore.
This product is suitable for all AR15 calibers and can be used in rifle and carbine buffer tubes - the necessary spacer for rifle length buffer tubes is included. For firearms primarily operated with a suppressor and/or short-barreled AR15 models (<14.5" barrel length), the heavy H2 version may be recommended. For law enforcement customers, the heavy H2 version is generally recommended.
Compatibility is generally given with all manufacturers that use classic buffers and bolt carriers.
For individual adjustments, the spring can be replaced; suitable springs in various strengths are available in the complete set. It is also possible to swap the weights for those of the heavy H2 version - the standard version uses weights made of steel, while the heavy H2 version uses weights made of tungsten (tungsten carbide).
