The WBP Mini-Jack muzzle brake is a multifunctional accessory for short-barreled Kalashnikov variants. It uses the same M14x1 left-hand thread as the standard AK and also locks in place via a spring pin in the front sight base. However, necessary for the function of the short-barreled AK is the design, which features a large expansion chamber that prevents the pressure at the muzzle from dissipating too quickly - the gas port is located directly at the muzzle, and a too-short pressure spike can cause the gas piston to not receive enough impulse to cycle the weapon.
The conical muzzle flash suppressor ensures that the muzzle flash is reduced and diverted, preventing glare to the shooter and avoiding an excessive muzzle blast due to a secondary explosion.
Suitable for calibers up to 7.62x39. Also fits long-barreled variants, but is not necessary for function there.

Die WBP Mini-Jack Mündungsbremse ist ein multifunktionales Zubehör für kurzläufige Kalaschnikov Varianten. Es nutzt das gleiche M14x1 Linksgewinde wie die normale AK und arretiert ebenso über einen Federbolzen im Kornträger. Aber für die Funktion der kurzläufigen AK notwendig ist das Design, welches eine große Expansionskammer aufweist, welche verhindert das sich der Druck an der Mündung zu schnell abbaut - die Gasabnahme befindet sich direkt an der Mündung und eine zu kurze Druckspitze kann dazu führen, dass der Gaskolben nicht genug Impuls bekommt, um die Waffe zu repetieren.
Der konische Mündungsfeuerdämpfer sorgt dafür, dass der Mündungsblitz abgeschwächt und abgeleitet wird und den Schützen nicht blendet und durch eine Sekundärexplosion einen übermäßigen Mündungsknall erzeugt.
Geeignet bis Kaliber 7,62x39. Passt auch bei den langläufigen Varianten, ist dort aber nicht für die Funktion notwendig.
