The Aivak shirt is made of a soft, brushed flannel fabric consisting of 97% cotton and 3% elastane. This makes it slightly stretchy, and in combination with the modern, close-fitting cut, it offers high wearing comfort. The shirt features suede imitation reinforcements at the most stressed areas – collar, elbows, and cuffs. It closes with snap buttons and has breast pockets on both sides: the left with a flap and snap button, the right with a horizontal zipper. Additionally, there are hidden buttons under the collar that secure the collar points.

Das Aivak-Hemd besteht aus einem weichen, gebürsteten Flanellstoff aus 97 % Baumwolle und 3 % Elasthan.
Dadurch ist es leicht dehnbar, und in Kombination mit der modernen, körpernahen Passform bietet es einen hohen Tragekomfort. Das Hemd verfügt über Wildlederimitat-Verstärkungen an den am stärksten beanspruchten Stellen – Kragen, Ellbogen und Manschetten. Es wird mit Druckknöpfen geschlossen und hat Brusttaschen auf beiden Seiten: die linke mit Patte und Druckknopf, die rechte mit horizontalem Reißverschluss. Zudem befinden sich unter dem Kragen verdeckte Knöpfe, die die Kragenspitzen fixieren.
