The ThermTec WILD 635 combines a highly sensitive 640×512 VOx sensor (12 µm) with a bright 35 mm F0.9 lens and a high-contrast AMOLED display (1024×768). The result is clear, stable thermal images with high detail fidelity – even in fog, high humidity, or fluctuating temperatures. Thanks to the replaceable battery system (18650), intuitive joystick/toggle operation, and robust magnesium housing (IP67), the WILD 635 is designed for enduring, comfortable outdoor use.
The new sensor with NETD ≤ 18 mK and optimized image algorithm resolves the finest temperature differences. In combination with the precise focusing via the adjustment wheel placed above, contours, fur structures, and vegetation details remain clearly visible – ideal for orientation and for clear area checks.
With 22.0 m at 100 m (approximately 12.5° × 10.0°), the optics provide a wide field of view – advantageous in the forest as well as in the field. The side hand strap for both left- and right-handed users, the revised diopter adjustment, and the rubberized housing ensure a secure, quiet grip and quick one-handed operation.
The AI-powered image calibration reduces calibration interruptions and stabilizes the display. AI distance measurement and AI object detection assist in estimating distances and classification (e.g., human/animal). Picture-in-picture, hotspot marking, Zoom Pro (2–4×), and 6 color palettes provide flexibility for different environments; unnecessary palettes can be hidden in the quick menu.
Up to 8 hours of runtime are possible per battery; with the second included 18650 battery, it extends to 16 hours. The live image can be conveniently shared in the app via WLAN hotspot. 64 GB of internal storage, photo/video recording, and playback directly on the device complete the package.

Bild-in-Bild, Hot-Spot-Markierung, Zoom-Pro (2–4×) sowie 6 Farbpaletten bieten Flexibilität für unterschiedliche Umgebungen; nicht benötigte Paletten lassen sich im Schnellmenü ausblenden.
Pro Akku sind bis zu 8 Stunden Laufzeit möglich; mit dem zweiten, beiliegenden 18650-Akku sind es bis zu 16 Stunden. Über WLAN-Hotspot lässt sich das Livebild bequem in der App teilen. 64 GB interner Speicher, Foto-/Videoaufnahme und Wiedergabe direkt am Gerät runden das Paket ab.
