The new product family Habrok from Hik consists of multispectral binoculars that combine thermal imaging, night vision, daylight, IR laser, and laser rangefinder in a compact device.
Differences between the models include the built-in infrared illuminator; the HH35L and HQ35L models feature an 850 nanometer wavelength with a range of approximately 400 meters. The HH35LN and HQ35LN models are equipped with an IR illuminator with a 940 nanometer wavelength, which is sufficient for about 350 meters, and the special feature of this model is that it is invisible to both humans and wildlife.
The HH35L and HH35LN versions are equipped with a thermal detector with a resolution of 384 x 288 pixels, while the two HQ binoculars have a resolution of 640 x 480 pixels. The HE25L and HE25LN models feature a night vision sensor with 4K resolution.
The equipment and night vision module are the same for all devices. The image intensifier offers a very high resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels. The focus is adjusted using the ring on the head. As the product name suggests, all binoculars are equipped with a 35 millimeter lens for thermal imaging observations, while the lens for night vision is 31 millimeters in size.
The OLED screen displays images and videos at 1920 x 1080 pixels. The modern OLED matrix has the advantages of being particularly energy-efficient, temperature-stable, and capable of displaying colors with exceptional brightness. Additionally, this panel does not create a gray veil around it, which is a typical feature of LCDs.
With the laser rangefinder, objects can be measured up to a distance of one kilometer, which is particularly advantageous for wildlife identification.
The color palette of the thermal sensor ranges from red-hot, black-hot, white-hot, iron, or false colors. With a sensitivity of less than 20 microkelvins, the sensor can detect the finest temperature differences, such as those from a branch or a blade of grass. The hot-spot function is an intelligent way to keep the observed thermal source in view at all times.
Depending on the type of use, the 4 interchangeable batteries provide power for 6 to 8 hours. Since they are standard 18650 Li-Ion batteries, it is advisable to order additional batteries as well.
The thermal and night vision binoculars are also equipped with a video recorder that provides 64 gigabytes of storage. Additionally, the user can stream the events live to up to 4 other observers via Wi-Fi, to their smartphones or tablets. The required app can be found linked below.

Hikmicro Habrok 4K HE25LN Nachtsicht & Wärmebild Fernglas
Binokulare Ausführung
Die neue Produktfamilie Habrok von Hik sind Multispektral-Ferngläser die Wärmebild, Nachtsicht, Tageslicht, IR-Laser und Laser-Entfernungsmesser in einem kompakten Gerät vereinen.
Unterschiede der Modelle sind der eingebaute Infrarot-Strahler, die Modelle HH35L und HQ35L verfügen über 850 Nanometer Wellenlänge mit einer Reichweite von circa 400 Metern. Modell HH35LN und HQ35LN sind mit einem IR-Aufheller mit 940 Nanometer Wellenlänge ausgestattet, der etwa für 350 Metern ausreicht, bei diesem ist noch die Besonderheit, dass er für das menschliche und für das Auge des Wildes unsichtbar ist.
Die Ausführungen HH35L und HH35LN verfügen über einen Thermaldetektor mit 384 x 288 Pixel Auflösung, die beiden HQ Ferngläser lösen bei 640 x 480 Pixel auf. Die beiden Modelle HE25L und HE25LN verfügen über einen Nachtsichtsensor mit 4K Auflösung.
Die Ausstattung sowie das Nachtsichtmodul sind bei allen Geräten gleich. Der Restlichtverstärker bietet eine sehr hohe Auflösung von 2560 x 1440 Pixel. Der Fokus wird durch den Ring am Kopf eingestellt. Wie der Produktname schon verrät, sind alle Binokulare mit einem 35 Millimeter Objektiv für Wärmebildbeobachtungen ausgestattet, das Objektiv für die Nachtsicht ist 31 Millimeter groß.
Der OLED Bildschirm stellt Bild und Video bei 1920 x 1080 Bildpunkten dar. Die moderne OLED Matrix hat die Vorzüge, dass sie besonders sparsam sind, temperaturstabil und Farben besonders leuchtstark darstellen können. Zudem zieht dieses Panel keinen grauen Schleier um sich, der das typische Merkmal von LCD ist.
Mit dem Laser-Entfernungsmesser lassen sich Objekte bis zu einem Kilometer Entfernung messen, das ist natürlich besonders für die Wildbestimmung von Vorteil.
Die Farbpalette des Thermalsensors reicht von Rot-Heiß, Schwarz-Heiß, Weiß-Heiß, Eisen oder Falschfarben. Mit einer Sensitivität von unter 20 Mikrokelvin kann der Sensor feinste Temperaturunterschiede erfassen, wie beispielsweise von einem Ast oder einem Grashalm. Die Hot-Spot-Funktion ist eine intelligente Möglichkeit die beobachtete Wärmebildquelle immer im Blick zu behalten.
Je nach Einsatzart liefern die 4 wechselbaren Akkus Strom für 6 bis 8 Stunden. Da es handelsübliche 18650 Li-Io Akkus sind, empfiehlt es sich gleich zusätzliche Akkus mit-zu-bestellen.
Die Wärmebild bzw. Nachtsichtbinokulare sind zudem mit einem Videorekorder ausgerüstet, der 64 Gigabyte Speicher zur Verfügung stellt. Außerdem kann der Anwender mittels Wi-Fi das Geschehen live an bis zu 4 weiteren Beobachtern streamen, und zwar an deren Smartphones oder auch Tablets. Die benötigte App finden Sie unten verlinkt.
