With the children's knife from the Herbertz Selection series, children learn responsible handling of a sharp blade. To prevent stab injuries from the outset, the blade tip is rounded. Thanks to the full tang blade construction made of stainless AISI 440 steel, the knife is particularly robust. A ribbing on the back of the blade provides additional grip for the thumb when carving.
