The WALDKAUZ Fore-end Rest

A successful and very helpful combination: A fore-end rest serves to quietly rest the weapon and prevents a recoil when shooting, which can occur when the stock of the rifle rests on a hard surface. However, the WALDKAUZ stock rest can do even more. In addition to two cartridge loops on one side, it has a zippered pocket on the other side, which contains a small but very useful lens cloth. This way, in case of need, the riflescope or binoculars can quickly be freed from raindrops or dirt. The rest is made of wool felt and leather. To secure it as safely as possible to the rifle, the two straps made of elastic band can be opened with a Velcro fastener. This has the advantage, unlike closed rubber bands, that you can remove the stock rest from the rifle at any time without having to take off the rifle sling. Additionally, the inside is equipped with a non-slip layer.

Die WALDKAUZ Vorderschaftauflage

Eine gelungene und sehr hilfreiche Kombination: Eine Vorderschaftauflage dient dem leisen Auflegen der Waffe und verhindert einen Prellschlag beim Schuß, der entstehen kann, wenn der Schaft des Gewehres auf einem harten Untergrund aufliegt. Die WALDKAUZ Schaftauflage kann aber noch mehr. Neben zwei Patronenschlaufen an der einen Seite hat sie an der anderen Seite ein Reißverschlußfach, in dem sich ein kleines, aber sehr hilfreiches Optiktuch befindet. So ist im Bedarfsfall immer schnell das Zielfernrohr oder das Fernglas von Regentropfen oder Verschmutzungen befreit. Gefertigt wird die Auflage aus Wollfilz und Leder. Um sie möglichst sicher am Gewehr befestigen zu können, lassen sich die beiden Gurte aus elastischem Band mit einem Klettverschluß öffnen. Dies hat im Gegensatz zu geschlossenen Gummizügen den Vorteil, daß Sie die Schaftauflage jederzeit vom Gewehr nehmen können, ohne den Gewehrriemen dafür abzunehmen. Zusätzlich ist die Innenseite mit einer rutschfesten Schicht versehen.
