With our signal hat band "Hauptverantwortlicher," the name says it all, as its bright warning color is literally responsible for the protection of your head.

A solid base made of 3mm wool felt prevents the band from wrinkling and ensures optimal visibility of the sewn fabric in the signal color neon orange in all directions. To prevent the hat band from getting lost, it can be attached to the hunting hat's band with a leather strap using Velcro, by threading one part from underneath between the hat band and the hat and attaching the other part from above. The leather attachment also forms a loop into which the hopefully caught game at the end of the hunting day can be tucked. The adjustment of the circumference for different hat sizes is also done via a Velcro closure at the back. Once adjusted, it can be put on or taken off in the future with a single hand movement using the leather strap.

Nicht nur die UVV verlangt es, sondern es macht auch im eigenen Interesse absolut Sinn: Ein Signalhutband am Jagdhut ist neben Warnweste oder unserer Warnpelerine ein wirksamer und weithin sichtbarer Schutz Ihrer eigenen Gesundheit, wenn es in der Gesellschaft auf Jagd geht! Bei unserem Signal-Hutband "Hauptverantwortlicher" ist der Name Programm, denn seine grelle Warnfarbe ist im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes verantwortlich für den Schutz Ihres Hauptes.

Eine feste Basis aus 3mm Wollfilz verhindert, dass sich das Band in Falten legt und gewährleistet eine optimale Sichtbarkeit des aufgenähten Stoffes in der Signalfarbe Neon-Orange in alle Richtungen. Damit das Hutband nicht verloren geht, kann es mit einem Lederriemen per Klettverschluss am Hutband des Jagdhutes befestigt werden, indem man den einen Teil von unten zwischen Hutband und Hut hindurchführt und den anderen Teil von oben anklettet. Die Lederbefestigung bildet gleichzeitig eine Schlaufe, in die sich der am Ende des Jagdtages hoffentlich erbeutete Bruch einstecken lässt. Die Anpassung des Umfangs für unterschiedliche Hutgrößen erfolgt ebenfalls durch einen hinten liegenden Klettverschluss. Einmal eingestellt wird es zukünftig nur noch über den Lederriemen mit einem Handgriff angebracht bzw. abgenommen.
