This AEG is electrically operated, can shoot semi- and fully automatically, and is legally considered a toy, as its muzzle energy is below 0.5 Joules. Please note: It is still considered a so-called imitation weapon. Please observe the relevant legal regulations. A (LiPo-)battery and ammunition are required for operation.
We revise all 0.5 weapons in our workshop, as such airsoft weapons have an unusually low energy and therefore parts like the HopUp rubber or the piston should normally be replaced. Of course, minimal scratches may occur at the usual places due to factory conditions or through testing or in some cases modifying the weapons in our workshop. We apologize for this and ask you to consider it when purchasing.

This weapon is part of a series of cost-effective AEGs from Double Eagle. One of the main advantages is its weight - reinforced nylon instead of metal is the trick here. We're talking about only about 2Kg. Thanks to ambidextrous FWH and charging handle, extended mag release, and enlarged magwell, handling is intuitive and simple. The installed V2 gearbox with FSWS runs smoothly on 8mm ball bearings.
The absolute highlight is the Falcon-FCS with programmable firing mode (binary trigger in SEMI mode or 1-5 burst in AUTO mode), adjustable trigger sensitivity (3 modes), as well as motor and battery protection.

About Throttle method:
Normal throttling usually consists of spring throttling with minimal nozzle drilling. Using a weak spring is relatively quick and makes the weapon cheaper. However, there is not much tension on the gearbox, and it can lead to over-rotation. Therefore, no stronger battery than 7.4V should be used.
Optimized throttling is done with shortstroke, possibly additionally with spring shortening. Here, teeth are removed from the sector gear and piston to reduce energy. The weapon is usually compatible with 11.1V, the response behavior and sound are a bit crisper. Important: No excessively large 11.1 should be used, as this will eventually wear out any well-built 0.5.
Important:
If this weapon has massive spread or shoots inconsistently, we will replace the HopUp rubber. Since these models operate abroad with significantly more than 0.5 Joules, the HopUp rubbers are often too hard. We do not deliver a weapon without a functioning HopUp. Please note that if we need to make adjustments, the delivery time may be slightly extended. In general, all our 0.5 weapons have a functioning HopUp system that can hop at least 0.25g BBs. It is important that performance usually decreases when a lot of hop is set. Therefore, we normally recommend 0.2g BBs for 0.5 Joule weapons.
Important:
- Since we source these models already throttled from our partners and the throttling is not always optimal at this price level, we generally work on them. This explains a) the higher price compared to this model in EU foreign countries and leads b) to the fact that the device is also reasonably playable in DE. We do not deliver this weapon with less than 0.4 Joules.
- We generally solder Dean-T connectors unless otherwise requested.
The range of a 0.5 is usually around 40-45m, with the effective range where you can still 'hit something' usually at 30-35m.
Without further tuning, the rate of fire of a normal AEG weapon, depending on the motor, battery quality, and system tuning at 7.4V LiPo battery, is between 650 and 900 shots/min (11-15 shots/second) and at 11.1V LiPo battery (not with spring throttling!) between 950 and 1300 shots/min (16-22 shots/second). A precise chronograph protocol with indication of the rate of fire is included. It may vary slightly depending on the quality of the battery used later.

Diese AEG ist elektrisch betrieben, darf semi- und vollautomatisch schießen und gilt rechtlich als Spielzeug, da ihre Schussenergie unter 0,5 Joule liegt. Wir überarbeiten alle 0,5er-Waffen in unserer Werkstatt, da solche Airsoftwaffen eine an sich untypisch niedrige Energie haben und deswegen normalerweise Teile wie HopUp-Gummi oder der Piston gewechselt werden sollten. Selbstverständlich können ab Werk oder auch durch das Testen oder in manchen Fällen das Verändern der Waffen durch unsere Werkstatt minimale Kratzer an den üblichen Stellen entstehen. Wir bitten dies zu entschuldigen und beim Kauf zu berücksichtigen.
Zu dieser Waffe:

Diese Waffe ist Teil einer Reihe kostengünstiger AEG's von Double Eagle. Einer der Hauptvorteile ist ihr Gewicht - verstärktes Nylon anstelle von Metall ist hier der Trick. Wir reden hier von nur ca. 2Kg. Dank beidhändigem FWH und Charginghandle, verlängertem Magrelease und vergrößertem Magwell ist das Handling intuitiv und simpel. Zur Drosselmethode:
Normale Drosselung besteht meist aus Federdrosselung mit minimaler Nozzlebohrung. Eine schwache Feder zu benutzen geht relativ schnell und die Waffe wird günstiger. Es ist aber nicht viel Spannung auf der Gearbox und es kann zum Überdrehen kommen. Daher darf kein stärkerer Akku als 7,4V benutzt werden.
Optimierte Drosselung machen wir mit Shortstroke, evtl. zusätzlich mit Federkürzung. Hier werden vom Sectorgear und Piston jeweils Zähne entfernt um die Energie zu senken. Die Waffe wird normalerweise 11,1V kompatibel, das Ansprechverhalten und der Sound etwas knackiger. Wichtig: Es sollte kein übertrieben großer 11,1er benutzt werden, denn damit wird jede noch so gut aufgebaute 0,5er irgendwann an Verschleiß sterben.
Wichtig:
Sollte diese Waffe massiv streuen oder inkonsistent schießen, wechseln wir das HopUp-Gummi. Da diese Modelle im Ausland mit deutlich mehr als 0,5 Joule laufen, sind die HopUp-Gummis oft zu hart. Wir liefern keine Waffe ohne funktionierendes HopUp aus. Bitte beachten Sie, sollten wir Anpassungen vornehmen müssen, kann sich die Lieferzeit minimal verlängern. Allgemein haben alle unsere 0,5er-Waffen ein funktionierendes HopUp-System, das mindestens 0,25g BBs hoppen kann. Wichtig ist, dass die Leistung meist sinkt, wenn man viel Hop einstellt. Daher empfehlen wir normalerweise 0,2g BBs für 0,5 Joule Waffen.

- Da wir diese Modelle bereits gedrosselt von unseren Partnern beziehen und die Drosselung natürlich bei dieser Preisklasse nicht unbedingt immer optimal ist, arbeiten wir grundsätzlich nach. Dies erklärt a) den höheren Preis gegenüber diesem Modell im EU-Ausland und führt b) dazu, dass das Gerät in DE auch vernünftig spielbar ist. Wir liefern diese Waffe nicht mit weniger als 0,4 Joule aus.

Die Reichweite einer 0,5er liegt im Normalfall bei rund 40-45m, die effektive Reichweite auf die man auch noch ‚was trifft‘ liegt meist bei 30-35m.
Ohne weiteres Tuning liegt die Feuerrate einer normalen AEG-Waffe je nach Motor, Akkuqualität und Abstimmung des Systems bei 7,4V LiPo-Akku zwischen 650 und 900 Schuss/min (11-15 Schuss/Sekunde) und bei 11,1V LiPo-Akku (nicht bei Federdrosselung!) zwischen 950 und 1300 Schuss/min (16-22 Schuss/Sekunde). Ein genaues Chronoprotokoll mit Angabe der Feuerrate legen wir bei. Dabei kann es sein, dass diese je nach Qualität des später verwendeten Akkus etwas schwankt.
