Offered is the P08 pistol from 1939 by Mauser 42 as a special edition: Mauser-Werke Oberndorf 1997.

Except for the magazine fxo 37, the weapon is completely matching numbered.

Mauser in Oberndorf released this special edition of 250 refurbished Parabellum pistols from wartime production in 1997. Price at the turn of the millennium: 1800 DM.

The condition of this specimen is as new! Barrel bright, field/rifling profile sharp-edged. Surfaces polished and high-gloss blued, controls left in gold. Only the magazine (with aluminum base) shows the actual age of the weapon.

The modern proof marks are discreetly located under the locking plate. Fork marked with production year 1939, bolt with Mauser manufacturer code "42", inscribed on the inside of the grip with "MAUSER-WERKE Oberndorf 1997.

Angeboten wird die Pistole P08 aus 1939 von Mauser 42 als Sonderedition: Mauser-Werke Oberndorf 1997.

Bis auf das Magazin fxo 37 ist die Waffe komplett nummerngleich.

Mauser in Oberndorf hat 1997 diese Sonderedition von 250 überarbeiteten Parabellumpistolen aus Kriegsproduktion herausgebracht. Preis zur Jahrtausendwende: 1800 DM.

Zustand dieses Exemplars ist neuwertig! Lauf blank, Feld/Zugprofil scharfkantig. Oberflächen poliert und hochglanzbrüniert, Bedienelemente Gold angelassen. Lediglich dem Magazin (mit Aluboden) ist das eigentliche Alter der Waffe anzusehen.

Die modernen Beschusszeichen befinden sich unauffällig unter der Verriegelungsplatte. Gabel gekennzeichnet mit Produktionsjahr 1939, Verschluss mit Mauser-Herstellercode "42", auf der Griffinnenseite beschriftet mit "MAUSER-WERKE Oberndorf 1997
