The N.G. material (New Generation) offers a consistently perfect fit that does not change even when exposed to water or harsh environments. The N.G. holsters are lightweight yet very robust. The inner layer made of velvet protects the finish of the pistol or revolver. Above that is a layer of foamed polyethylene for additional protection against impacts. The third layer is molded PVC, which perfectly adapts to the shape of the weapon. The outermost layer is made of Cordura, an extremely durable material that is also used in motorcycle clothing.
