The Swarovski Optik binoculars NL Pure 12x42 impress with a completely new combination of a large field of view with barely noticeable edges and particularly ergonomic design. The very large field of view provides a maximum overview in the area with 113 m at 1000 m (6.5°). Thanks to this extraordinarily wide field of view and the hardly perceptible edge, the observer feels immersed in the image when looking through the NL Pure. With the sharply defined contours and contrast-rich, lifelike images, no detail is missed while scanning. This makes precise identification quick and effortless. The field-flattener lenses ensure an almost flat, absolutely distortion-free image to the edge. Field-flattener lenses are special lens elements within a binocular that compensate for field curvature. This keeps the image sharp in a plane from the center to the edge. Refocusing while moving the eyes within the field of view is unnecessary. The innovative lens coatings and noble gas filling guarantee excellent color reproduction at the highest possible transmission at all times. The overall compactness of the binoculars, the low weight of only 840 g, and especially the innovative wasp waists ensure maximum ergonomics and stable observation even during the longest sessions. In developing the focusing mechanism, the aim was to achieve the lowest possible friction. The precision threads and optimal surfaces contribute to the easiest possible operation. The proven magnesium technology also ensures a high degree of robustness with low weight in the NL binoculars. For cleaning the housing armor, the included Soap & Brush kit is suitable.
