The Burma Pro MFS by Meindl is the epitome of a classic leather trekking boot. And this is not meant negatively in any way. For fans of robust footwear, the boot is just perfect! A trekking boot that makes you snap your fingers! The Burma Pro MFS is a sight to behold. It is particularly robust and well-crafted, providing you with excellent support even with a heavy backpack on extended trekking tours. The upper material is made of strong and particularly durable nubuck leather. It effortlessly copes with truly harsh conditions without suffering damage. Trekking tours in alpine and rocky terrain thus pose no problem whatsoever. It is additionally complemented by a surrounding rock protection rand that starts directly at the sole plateau. Furthermore, the solid Burma features a synthetic lining that, thanks to its moisture-wicking properties, ensures a pleasantly dry wearing experience even during intense ascents. A waterproof and simultaneously breathable Gore-Tex membrane rounds off the picture. The sole construction of the Burma also speaks volumes. Or rather, much more for the intended use of the boot, namely extensive trekking tours, preferably with a heavily shouldered backpack. A sturdy midsole provides a pleasant level of cushioning, while the grippy rubber profile sole offers optimal grip even on loose surfaces and in steep terrain. Der Burma Pro MFS von Meindl ist das Sinnbild eines klassischen Ledertrekkingstiefels. Und das ist in keiner Weise negativ gemeint. Für Fans robusten Schuhwerks ist der Stiefel wie geschaffen! Ein Trekkingstiefel zum Zunge schnalzen! Der Burma Pro MFS ist ein Bild von einem Stiefel. Er ist besonders robust und hochwertig gearbeitet und bietet dir auch mit schwerem Rucksack auf ausgedehnten Trekkingtouren hervorragenden Halt. Als Obermaterial kommt kräftiges und besonders widerstandsfähiges Nubukleder zum Einsatz. Es kommt mühelos auch mit wirklich harschen Bedingungen zurecht, ohne Schaden zu nehmen. Trekkingtouren in alpinem und felsigem Terrain stellen somit nicht den Hauch eines Problems dar. Es wird zusätzlich noch durch einen umlaufenden Geröllschutzrand ergänzt, der direkt am Sohlenplateu ansetzt. Ferner verfügt der solide Burma über ein synthetisches Futter, das dank ihrer feuchtigkeitsleitenden Eigenschaften auch bei intensiven Anstiegen für ein angenehm trockenes Tragegefühl sorgt. Eine wasserdichte und zugleich atmungsaktive Gore-Tex Membran rundet das Bild ab. Auch die Sohlenkonstruktion des Burmas spricht Bände. Oder viel mehr für den Einsatzzweck des Stiefels, nämlich ausgedehnte Trekkingtouren, gerne auch mit einem schweren geschulterten Rucksack. eine kräftige Zwischensohle sorgt für ein angenehmes Maß an Dämpfung, die griffige Gummi-Profilsohle auch auf losen Untergründen und in steilem Gelände für optimalen Grip.
