The MAL38 thermal imaging attachment from Infiray is the successor to the already legendary CL42, which is very popular and well-known among hunting attachments. The new model is very well made and, thanks to its magnesium housing, also very robust. The image quality has improved significantly compared to its predecessor, making it very well positioned in its price range. An absolute feature is the detachable control unit (remote control), as such a thing has not existed before, and it works excellently. In the future, there will also be an additional laser rangefinder that can be easily mounted and connected to the device.
The MATE series can be used as a monocular or as an attachment for a daytime scope. The original design allows for a quick conversion from monocular to mount and vice versa.
It has a built-in storage space of 32 GB for photography and video recording. The image and video files are named according to the time. It is therefore recommended to set the time in the main menu or to synchronize the time in the settings of the Infiray Outdoor APP before using the photography and recording function.
An integrated WLAN module is also built in, allowing the device to connect wirelessly with external devices such as smartphones.
The delivery includes a professional power bank, the IBP-4 InfiRay battery pack. It is shockproof, waterproof, and lightweight, making it ideal for use in harsh conditions.
The upper button module can be removed from the Mate and installed as a remote control at any desired location with its own mounting.
The device can be programmed with the internal correction program for 4 different optics.

Das neue Modell ist sehr gut verarbeitet und durch sein Magnesiumgehuse auch sehr robust. An der Bildqualitt hat sich nochmal einiges getan gegenber seinem Vorgnger und somit ist es in seiner Preisklasse sehr gut angesiedelt. Ein absolutes Feature ist die abnehmbare Bedieneinheit (Fernbedienung), denn so etwas gab es vorher noch nicht und es funktioniert erstklassig. Zuknftig wird es auch noch zustzlich einen Laserentfernungsmesser geben, welchen man einfach an das Gert montiert und verbinden kann.
Die MATE-Serie kann als Monokular oder als Vorsatzgert fr ein Tageszielfernrohr verwendet werden. Das originelle Design ermglicht eine schnelle Umwandlung von Monokularen auf Befestigung und umgekehrt.
Es verfgt ber einen integrierten Speicherplatz von 32 GB fr Fotografie und Videoaufnahme. Die Bild- und Videodateien werden nach der Zeit benannt. Es wird daher empfohlen, die Zeit im Hauptmen einzustellen oder die Zeit in den Einstellungen der Infiray Outdoor APP zu synchronisieren, bevor Sie die Fotografie- und Aufnahmefunktion verwenden.
