Sie nutzt das gleiche Funktionsprinzip wir die kleinere RG 3 mit dem Vorteil, dass die Röhm RG 300 wie eine echte Pistole aussieht. Durch den längeren Aufbau fällt auch das Stangenmagazin größer aus. Es fasst im Fall der Röhm RG 300 Schreckschusspistole 10 Schuss. Auch der Sicherungshebel wurde vom kleinen Modell übernommen. Zusätzlich zu "Sicher" und "Feuerbereit" steht noch die Entladefunktion zur Verfügung. Ein im Griff eingearbeiteter und klappbarer Auswerfer hilft bei verklemmten Patronen im Magazin. Ein Magazinwechsel ist bei dieser Signalpistole auch bei aufgeschraubtem Zusatzlauf möglich.Unsere Einschätzung
