The Jaki Silencer Titanium Super is a very lightweight suppressor of the so-called telescopic type, made from titanium and alloyed aluminum.
It fits calibers up to .30 (7.62 mm) and barrels with an outer diameter of up to 22 mm. The suppressor extends 60 mm beyond the barrel – increasing the length of the weapon by 140 mm. The maximum suppression performance at .308 caliber is approximately 32-35 dB – sound at the ear is about 125 dB.
A matte black surface coating prevents reflections. The exit opening of the silencer is approximately 1 mm wider than the diameter of the bullet. The silencer is encapsulated, so it cannot be disassembled for cleaning.

Notes on silencers: Existing hunting law prohibitions or restrictions on the use of silencers in the respective federal states must be observed. Ballistically, the use of silencers with normal common hunting ammunition has no effect – the impact of the bullet remains the same. The perception of the surroundings is also not affected. Silencers reduce recoil as well as noise at the source. This protects the environment (e.g., hunting dogs) from noise damage. They almost completely reduce muzzle flash, making it easier to perceive the drawing and escape direction of the game in poor light. The silencer should always be removed before pulling through the weapon to avoid damage to the baffles. For cleaning and preserving silencers, penetrating oils are recommended. High-temperature resistant greases are effective for maintaining the threads.

Der Jaki Schalldämpfer Titanium Super ist ein für seine Dämpfungsleistung sehr leichter Dämpfer des sogenannten Teleskoptyps, der aus Titan und legiertem Aluminium hergestellt ist.
Er passt für Kaliber bis .30 (7,62 mm) und Läufe mit einem Außendurchmesser bis zu 22 mm. Der Dämpfer geht 60 mm über den Lauf – verlängert die Waffe um 140 mm. Die maximale Dämpfungsleistung bei Kal. 308 beträgt ca. 32-35 dB – Schall am Ohr ca. 125 dB.
Eine schwarz mattierte Oberflächenbeschichtung verhindert Reflektionen. Die Austrittsöffnung des Schalldämpfers ist ca. 1 mm breiter als der Durchmesser des Geschosses. Der Schalldämpfer ist gekapselt verbaut, somit kann er nicht für eine Reinigung zerlegt werden.

Hinweise zu Schalldämpfern: Bestehende jagdrechtliche Verbote oder Beschränkungen der Nutzung von Schalldämpfern der jeweiligen Bundesländer sind zu beachten. Zielballistisch hat die Nutzung von Schalldämpfern bei Benutzung von normal üblicher Jagdmunition keinen Einfluss – die Wirkung des Geschosses bleibt gleich. Auch die Wahrnehmung der Umgebung wird nicht beeinflusst. Schalldämpfer verringern Rückstoß wie auch Lärm an der Quelle. Dadurch wird das Umfeld (z. B. Jagdhunde) vor Lärmschäden geschützt. Sie mindern das Mündungsfeuer fast vollständig, so dass bei schlechtem Licht das Zeichnen und die Fluchtrichtung des Wildes besser wahrzunehmen sind. Vor dem Durchziehen der Waffe sollte der Schalldämpfer immer entfernt werden um Beschädigungen an den Blenden zu vermeiden. Für die Reinigung und Konservierung von Schalldämpfern empfehlen sich Kriechöle. Zur Pflege der Gewinde bewähren sich hochtemperaturfeste Fette.
