Aside from the legally required changes inside the weapon, the SP5 is absolutely identical to the MP5. In particular, the interfaces for magazine, stock/end cap, handguard, and optics mount. In conjunction with extensive accessory options, the SP5 is a weapon system that is up to date. Function principle: Movably supported roller lock, rotating sight, 4 positions. Not approved for sport shooting! Therefore, acquisition is only possible with a hunting license.
