It features a weather-resistant, drilled steel barrel with chrome coating and a tactical stock with pistol grip. A soft rubber butt pad reduces recoil after firing. Picatinny rails have been attached to the receiver, allowing for the mounting of optional accessories. The sighting is done using adjustable rear and front sights. Other features of the weapon include a muzzle brake and sling swivels. With choke inserts from cylinder to 1/2, steel shot can be fired from the weapon. Mercury Sport Selbstladeflinte DF 12 Teleskopschaft 12/76 Die DF 12 ist eine moderne, halbautomatische Flinte mit Gas-System. Sie verfügt über einen witterungsbeständigen, gebohrten Stahllauf mit Chromüberzug und einen taktischen Schaft mit Pistolengriff. Eine weiche Gummischaftkappe mindert hier den Rückstoß nach der Schussabgabe. Am Verschlussgehäuse wurden Picatinny-Schienen angebracht, die die Montage von optional erhältlichem Zubehör erlauben. Die Visierung erfolgt mittels Kimme und Korn, die beide verstellt werden können. Zu den weiteren Ausstattungsmerkmalen der Waffe zählen darüber hinaus ein Mündungsschoner und Riemenbügel.
