The powerful thermal camera is equipped with an improved 256x192 pixel infrared detector with a 12 µm pitch and a 720x540 pixel LCOS technology display. The device features a 15 mm lens with digital 8x zoom, allowing the detection of a heat source up to 708 m away. It supports observation functions (winter/summer mode), distance measurement, Wi-Fi hotspot, app support, and streaming. Numerous image and video recordings are no problem with the 8 GB memory. To create optimal viewing conditions, four different color modes can be selected. The highly sensitive built-in thermal detector provides clear visibility even in complete darkness. All important functions (on/off, screen brightness, zoom, and color palette selection) can be operated one-handed via large buttons. The battery life is up to 7.5 hours. If the observation needs to last even longer, an optional power bank can be connected. The housing with an IP67 protection class is robust, shockproof, and waterproof.
