The Centauron non-ballistic training inserts ARES for the ARES plate carrier are suitable for training in real-life scenarios and provide protection against simunition (FX projectiles), paintball, or airsoft pellets. Additionally, when used in conjunction with a Level 4 stand-alone plate, improved trauma protection and padding are achieved. They are made from closed-cell PE foam in robust waterproof polyamide fabric. Note: The Centauron non-ballistic training inserts provide no ballistic protection and are not stab or cut resistant. They serve as padding/placeholders.
