With the ZEISS SFL binoculars (SmartFocus Lightweight), special moments can be experienced with ease. The SFL binoculars have been optimized to be as light and compact as possible and are a perfect addition to the SF family. The new Ultra-High-Definition (UHD) Concept ensures natural color reproduction and the highest detail recognition. The focus wheel is perfectly positioned thanks to the SmartFocus Concept, allowing for quick and precise focusing—even with gloves. The optimized ergonomics and a large exit pupil provide a relaxed and undisturbed viewing experience.
With a field of view of up to 115 m at 1,000 m distance and a close focus limit of 1.5 m, the SFL 10x40 delivers the optimal overview combined with precise detail recognition.
The objective diameter has been reduced by 2 mm, allowing for thinner lens elements to be installed at a closer distance, saving up to 20% in weight and up to 13% in volume compared to the ZEISS Victory SF models. Thus, the SFL binoculars are up to 30% lighter than comparable competitive products.

The ZEISS T*-multi-coating guarantees brilliant, high-contrast images, which you will especially experience in unfavorable lighting conditions and at dusk. However, this is not a fixed recipe for a layer structure, but a technology that is constantly adapted to new glass materials and requirements and varies from lens to lens.
