The Coubi model is the smallest of the Citadel pocket knives. The blade is hand-forged from N690Co stainless steel with a hardness of 58-60 Rockwell. The spine of the blade is finely decorated at the base. The handle scales are made of bone with red decorative inlays between the liners and handle scales.
