The traditionally crafted Franciska Throwing Axe from Condor is a tribute to the renowned and feared throwing axe "Franziska" of the ancient Franks. The forged rough sides of the curved head made of 1060 carbon steel are as authentic as the slightly curved short handle made of flame-treated American hickory. For a straight throw, the handle has no pommel and no catching straps. A handmade leather sheath completes the overall appearance.
