This resulted in an extraordinary knife that is now also being made available to the end customer. The ergonomic handle made of fiberglass-reinforced plastic allows for safe and precise work through the guard elements. Das UK2000 von Eickhorn wurde auf Anfrage der Militärs als leichtes Vielzweckmesser entwickelt. Das größte Augenmerk wurde hierbei auf die Gewichtsersparnis gelegt. So entstand ein außergewöhnliches Messer, dass jetzt auch dem Endkunden zugänglich gemacht wird. Der ergonomische Griff aus glasfaserverstärktem Kunststoff ermöglicht durch die Parierelemente ein sicheres und genaues Arbeiten.
