It is a hollow point bullet with a polymer tip, made from a proven tombak alloy (95% copper & 5% zinc). This alloy does not require coatings such as nickel or plastic, is compatible with virtually all training ammunition, and has the same cleaning intervals as conventional partial jacketed bullets. In game, the GMX shows a faster expansion behavior compared to pure copper bullets, with excellent penetration. It expands to 1.8 to 2.0 times the caliber diameter. The bullet has a very high BC value and functions at impact velocities from 500 m/s to over 1,000 m/s. This results in effective ranges at the maximum of each caliber class. The retained weight is nearly 100%, which means there is no game meat degradation due to fragmentation and a very high probability of exit. In game and even upon contact with obstacles, it remains very directionally stable and does not fragment. The current loadings are adapted for increased precision to European firearms. All bullet surfaces in our lead-free bullets are not nickel-plated. This avoids stubborn deposits in the barrel and ensures easy cleaning with commercially available cleaning agents! Attention! Dabei handelt es sich um ein Hohlspitzgeschoss mit Polymerspitze, das aus einer bewährten Tombak-Legierung (95 % Kupfer & 5 % Zink) hergestellt wird. Diese Legierung kommt ohne Beschichtungen wie Nickel- oder Kunststoff aus, ist mit praktisch jeder Trainingsmunition kompatibel und hat die gleichen Reinigungsintervalle wie herkömmliche Teilmantel-Geschosse. Im Wildkörper zeigt das GMX, vergleicht man es mit Reinkupfergeschossen, ein schnelleres Expansionsverhalten mit exzellenter Tiefenwirkung.
