The Ballistic M Frame 3.0 is exclusively aimed at military personnel and civilian police and rescue forces. The weight of the glasses has been reduced to under 30g. Thanks to the narrow temples, these glasses can be easily worn under a PASGT, MICH, or comparable helmets. They can also be comfortably worn under hearing protection earmuffs and communication equipment. The frame and lenses made from Oakley’s “Plutonite” polycarbonate provide protection for the eye area. They offer complete protection against UVA/UVB radiation and are coated to prevent fogging. The special geometry of the lenses ensures a distortion-free image at all angles. The gray lens reduces visible light to 15% and, due to the increased contrast, is the preferred choice for bright to very bright environments. (Show description in original language)

Die Ballistic M Frame 3.0 richtet sich exklusiv an Militärangehörige und zivile Polizei- und Rettungskräfte. Das Gewicht der Brille wurde auf unter 30g reduziert. Dank der schmalen Bügel kann diese Brille problemlos unter einem PASGT, MICH oder vergleichbaren Helmen getragen werden. Auch unter Gehörschutzkapseln und Kommunikationsausrüstung lässt sie sich problemlos tragen. Der Rahmen und die Gläser aus Oakley´s „Plutonite"-Polycarbonat gewähren den Schutz der Augenpartie. Sie bieten vollständigen Schutz vor UVA/UVB-Strahlung und sind gegen Beschlagen beschichtet. Für ein verzerrungsfreies Bild in allen Blickwinkeln sorgt die besondere Geometrie der Linsen. Das graue Glas reduziert das sichtbare Licht auf 15% und ist durch den erhöhten Kontrast die bevorzugte Wahl für helle bis sehr helle Umgebungen.
