Der Akku für das Pard NV-007 ist ein hochwertiger Akku mit langer Lebensdauer und hoher Zyklen-Festigkeit. Zudem verfügt er über einen PCB Schutz mit Kurzschluss-, Überladungs- und Tiefen-Ladungsschutz. Wichtiger Hinweis: Für das Laden von Lithium-Ionen-Akkus bedarf es ein spezielles Ladegerät, das die Akkus nach einem speziellen Ladeverfahren lädt. (CCCV = constant current, constant voltage.) Die Akkus dürfen nicht über eine Spannung von 4,2 Volt geladen werden, da sonst die Gefahr von Brand und Explosion besteht. Vorteilhaft ist es, die Akkus nur bis ca. 4,1 Volt zu laden, da dies die Lebensdauer bzw. Zahl der Ladezyklen deutlich erhöht (ggf. bis zu einer Verdoppelung).
