Für alle Putzstockaufsätze gibt es schon seit langer Zeit Adapter um europäische, amerikanische und Sonder-Gewinde kompatibel zu machen. Nur für die beiden Qualitätsmarken VFG (Reinigungsfilze) und Parker-Hale (Putzstöcke) gab es bislang wegen der britischen Spezialgewinde keinen richtig passenden Adapter.
