This special variant of Rottweil Hunting Brown is ideal for successful shots at short distances, e.g., during forest hunting or at incoming ducks. Rottweil was the first shotgun cartridge manufacturer to have the idea of using the originally designed pattern cross for clay pigeon shooting also in hunting. The pattern cross provides a wide coverage of the shot cloud up to about 25 m, thereby increasing the chance of hitting. This property prevents game loss.
